What we build
Architecture, customization, integration, professional limits, then monthly management.
North Carolina · small and midsize businesses
Our value is the architecture, the integrations, the customization, and the ongoing management. Voice, phone, the model, calendar, CRM, and messaging are rented. The price shown is what the client pays so we still keep (cost × 1.5) after a 15% card-gateway cut. The demo stays on this site.
Architecture, customization, integration, professional limits, then monthly management.
Voice, phone, LLM, calendar, CRM, SMS, email, and automation. We do not rebuild those layers.
(cloud + our work) × 1.5, then the price is raised because the card gateway keeps 15% of what is collected. The demo stays free.
The 1.5 factor is a commercial loading for tax and overhead, not North Carolina’s tax rate (about 4.75% state, plus local tax). The 15% is the owner’s estimate of what the card gateway keeps from the amount paid, so the button price is higher and the net after that cut still equals the ×1.5 result. It is not PayPal’s published rate.
A small North Carolina business that needs a front desk that never sleeps.

| Role | What it does | We build | We rent |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Receptionist | Takes calls and chat, books or changes or cancels, and hands off anything outside the knowledge base. | Office voice, approved answers, and human hand-off limits. | Retell AI or Vapi, plus a Twilio number. |
| AI Sales Agent | Responds to leads, follows up, and schedules a sales call. | Qualification questions, lead score, and a ban on final quotes. | An LLM plus SMS. |
| AI Customer Service Agent | Handles FAQs, orders, and status inquiries. | Reply policies and ticket creation when the case is complex. | Chat plus an LLM. |
| AI Scheduling Agent | Books, reminds, cancels, and reschedules. | Slot rules, waitlist, and reminder copy. | Google Calendar or Calendly. |
| AI Back-Office Agent | Data entry, documents, email, and CRM updates. | Field maps and a human approval gate before any money movement. | Make.com, Zapier, or n8n, plus email. |
| AI Lead-Recovery Agent | Contacts old or unanswered leads and tries to recover them. | Follow-up cadence and stop rules so the customer is not harassed. | SMS, email, and the CRM. |
| AI Business Manager | Daily reports, KPIs, alerts, and recommendations. | Which KPI matters, who reads the report, and what stays a human decision. | An LLM over dashboard data. |
| Dimension | Buying a finished product | NEXA workforce |
|---|---|---|
| What the client buys | A finished bot or a receptionist from one vendor. | A workflow: inquiry, reply, qualify, availability, book, CRM, confirm, alert. |
| Who owns the behavior | The vendor. Changing a question waits on their roadmap. | Us and the client. Prompts, limits, and customization stay with us. |
| Law and medicine | Often a generic script that can slide into advice. | Administrative and intake work only, with a human gate. |
| Language | Usually English. | English and Arabic on the same demo. |
| After launch | The client configures the tool alone. | Monthly management, reports, and knowledge edits. |
Card payment goes through PayPal and 15% is taken from it, so the card button is higher. A direct transfer to the account below arrives as the net amount (after ×1.5 only). The account is in Jordanian dinars and the listed prices are in dollars: the sender’s bank converts the currency.
Payment opens PayPal to innervision2016@gmail.com, or the Buy Me a Coffee page. We never touch card data. If that PayPal account is not enabled for subscriptions yet, the second page and WhatsApp remain available. Prices stay indicative until the discovery call.
